Katiah loves putting lots of fresh herbs and bean sprouts into her pho .

This Pho Dog knows all about herbs and spices. She thinks that they are the “gold” of a well-prepared dish – just like pho ! Apart from tasting good, they add colour, just like a nice bouquet of flowers!
